Paul Romano, P.E. from Ramboll Americas presented a program discussing the history of the Utica Harbor, the efforts completed to date, and future redevelopment plans that are intending to transform the former industrial area into a waterfront community asset. Following the brief presentation, the group took a walking tour of the Harbor area.
